ISE Fire developed a strong working relationship with Barry Road Primary School through mutual respect and clear communication. To meet the school’s needs, the ISE Fire team started work as soon as the facilities were vacant at 16:30, working through till 23:00. Our team was able to commission and launch the new system during the Easter holidays. This commitment to flexibility allowed the project to progress smoothly within the school’s timeline.
This was the largest project ISE Fire had undertaken, and the successful completion gives ISE Fire acute awareness of the service and maintenance requirements at Barry Road Primary School going into the future. The school can now rely on ISE Fire for emergency call-outs, routine servicing, maintenance, and future fire risk assessments as part of their ongoing fire safety plan.

Any equipment failures are reported immediately and a suggestion for improvement is always readily available. All documentation is provided in a timely manner, and both the engineers and office staff have been very helpful in working with us to improve the range of extinguishers we have on site. The use of an extinguisher training course has been trained out to all our fire wardens, who now have a depth of knowledge on what type of extinguisher should be used for each type of fire, i.e. electrical, oil. I have since recommend ISE to other depots within our network, and would strongly recommend them in the future.
